Any copyright including in Packages will override these general terms

1. Items may not be redistributed. This includes websites, cd/dvd, and printed copies. This license grants the purchaser the right to copy, modify, and use the items in their own personal or non-profit work.
2. Graphics MAY be used for free or personal web sites graphics, templates, etc. Graphics may not be used to create digital art products for use by others (word art, paper, embellishments, clip art, etc.). Please contact us for exceptions.
3. Graphics (all products excluding templates, and photoshop actions) MAY NOT be used for commercial projects (except as outlined in item 7) without special written permission. Contact designer first.
4. Tubes may be used and installed on up to 3 computers owned by buyer. Additional computers require an additional license per 3 computers.
6. You MAY submit layouts/tags created using our products to crafting magazines, crafting & scrapbooking galleries on the internet, and contests, forums, blogs, groups, ect as long as you include a credit to designer or shop for the elements used.
7. You may animate, colorize, crop ect as but not to the point where the tube is unrecognizable if so you must have a main image tube still present.You may not make masks, brushes, or frames with products. Feel free to find those at the store.
8. You MAY use graphics for limited commercial use as follows: Graphics may be used for printed projects for sale as long as 200 or fewer copies are made per project, and the project is intended for sale to a single customer. (For example, you may make a scrapbook for a customer, a set of invitations for a customer, a set of birth announcements for a customer, etc.) OR you may use for personally designed layouts for myspace, websites, blogs ect that you sell the design as long as the copyright is retained on the image.  You MAY use for custom tag orders for sale on a site or blog.

If you use for commercial usage then you must email us about it.
