We need to know so that we can replace the file in the database and to send you a fixed version of the file. You will need to show us proof of purchase when you email.

When a customer makes a mistake of duplicate orders or duplicate products on the same day. You will need to show us proof of purchase when you email.
If a customer purchases the same product on another day by mistake, the replacement product of the same price will be mailed to him/her after the customer informs us of the error. You will need to show us proof of purchase when you email.
