What happens if I lose my packages due to a computer crash or similar? TOP

Just send us an email to customerservice@lctubestore.com from the email account you purchase with, explain what happened , & let us know which packages you need replaced. Replacements are free of charge.

I placed my order when should I expect it? TOP

24-48 hours, not counting most major holidays. If you have not recvieved your packages past the 48 hour mark please send us an email to customerservice@lctubestore.com and we will double check all orders.

I want to purchase a gift certificate, how do I do it? TOP

You can find Gift Certificates under info at the bottom right corner. Fill out that info and press add to cart.

Do I need a license number or code for my packages? TOP

Nope you just use the artists name, link, & your initals. Example if my name is Cindy Smith I put on my tag Šartistname www.artist.com CISM

4 times a year, it's seasonal :)

no way! even free stuff its not cool to share. You should just point them over to the site

All packages come with lifetime usage

I recieved a gift certificate code, how do I use it? TOP
When you go to check out you will need to enter your Gift Voucher in the appropriate box (#1) Then click on Recalculate (#2)


Now you should see the following. Your amount should have been taken off the order (#3) and then you click checkout (#4)
